Contribute to risk assessments, behaviour management plans, and care plan reviews.Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to encourage independence and confidence. Model positive behaviour and build trusting relationships using PACE principles (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy).Record Keeping: Maintain accurate care plans, daily logs, and incident reports, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date in line with company policy.Safeguarding: Ensure the safety of children and young people at all times, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety procedures.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure consistent care.
